Potty training

Is anyone else completely terrified of potty training their 2 year old? Not that my daughter isn’t ready. Not that I think she won’t get it fast; she has done it twice in the fly. But just I myself am scared of it. I feel like I have no idea what to do. I have read books, asked others, etc. I keep postponing because I know if I’m mentally strong it’ll go badly. Like I am over changing her diaper and all that but idk. I wish I could pay for someone else to do it lol 🫣🤦🏾‍♀️
