Stupid question - How often am I supposed to change a nappy?
I usually use reusables which get changed at least every 2 hours but due to a bum rash we've had to use disposables and I have no idea how often they should be changed 😂

@Paige I don't think my girl notices in disposables because reusables don't wick the moisture away as good so she's not really feeling wet at all 😕
I change approx 3 times a day. Usually before first nap, before second nap and then one other time due to poo. Then clean one for bedtime.
We probably change every 2-3 hours, I know I wouldn’t want to be sat around in a wet nappy! x
