Faint positive? Vfl? Or -?

Just took this and I believe I can see a faint line. But not sure if I'm just seeing things. Sorry for the dark room. Can't seem to find any good lighting!

How far are you in your cycle?

@Yuliani I am not sure. I'm sorta irregular but I started spotting and I wasn't feeling too good so I decided to take a test.
