I completely understand this struggle!! I also don't drive anymore 😭 it's embarrassing to admit cause I get judged for it and I'm sure that's why I don't have any friends... And I hate it cause I used to drive.. if you ever want to talk you can message me. Some don't understand how hard it is being alone in motherhood

@Ariel so embarrassing! But im from NYC i never needed to drive. Which automatically gets me judged.

@Drey You never know if you may decide to relocate down the line. I'm originally from Chicago, Illinois but because of the violence, I moved my family almost 20 years ago. Public transportation where I am now is scarce, and trying to get rides to get around is rough. I don't drive because I've always had a fear of it.

@Nicole my mom doesn't drive either so we never had a car to learn in or the money. And I also have a fear of driving I've seen myself in dreams die and or get in accidents all my life so that doesnt help either. My son at 3 told me mami u drive I told him I can't he said I gotta learn 😢

@Cassie alll the time. I've been in multiple groups but no one wants to pick me up or squeeze us into thier cars. I don't drive

@Drey ya one of my friends is from NY n she still doesn't have a license. It's all good not everyone drives I don't know why some people make such a big deal out of it tbh

@Ariel right it's not that serious. Plus I'm a great co pilot. I got all the snacks n i quick with solving problems. Shit I even offer people free baby sitting/kid swapping for soloed time. I offer art lessons. Im a whole daycare teacher and nothing!

Hey Drey, I really feel your words. You're not alone—I'm a lonely mom too, and I’ve been in that same place of feeling stuck, isolated, and just needing someone who gets it.
