Drinks loads and take fibre supplements to stop constipation xxx

if the lower doses are working just stick at them!! i kept going up because i thought id lose more weight but honestly i got to 10mg and started to gain weight as it didn’t work very well for me, now im at 12.5 losing weight again but feeling really sick

So first hun your in for a ride. Drink water like your life depends on it, eat little in the morning to avoid nausea, something light like an apple or banana, chew gum and suck on ice if it gets too much. Try to limit being around strong smells too. It will make you gag. Don’t worry too much if you go a whole day or two without eating as long as you drink enough. If you can bare food, try eggs, salmon, nuts, fish loads of veggies and salad. Trust me you will begin to dislike any takeaway or junk. Go outside for a walk that helped me loads if you can’t manage a workout. I take mine in the evening then take a bath so I go to sleep to avoid the side effects like nausea in the first 24 -48 hours. I found that my injecting my thighs i lost weight on my belly and face ,when i switched to my belly i lost weight on my thighs and arms.

@Isabella oh hun sorry to hear did you find it hard on the 10mg i’m struggling with the fatigue and nausea at the min since being on it. I found I could bear the 7.5mg better but was afraid i wouldn’t reach my goal.

@Cici Jay honestly the ten wasn’t too bad for me, i found it worked well at first so i ordered another 4 weeks of the 10 mg and ended up gaining 5kg!! started the 12.5 and have lost 4kg of that weight xx

@Isabella do you have anyone you can talk to in regards to weight gain. Did you change anything whilst on it. Sometimes it can be a combination of hormones and things we are eating
