Could be the hook effect , the HCG is too high to be picked up hence the line appears lighter. Dilute the urine with water then re do the test, line will appear dark if it’s the case . All the best x
Have you had a bleed? If not I wouldn’t say it was a chemical. It could be the hook effect, where your hormones are so high it overwhelms the test. I know you may not want to hear this part but it could be an incoming miscarriage and your body hasn’t registered it yet. This happened to me at 11 weeks, baby stopped growing at 6 weeks but my body hasn’t recognised the loss yet hence the no bleeding or pain. I hope you have a positive outcome x
I’m in a similar situation, I’ve had brown to red spotting since Saturday found out Sunday just gone positive test but been up to women’s health unit internal scan can’t see anything my tests are not getting much darker at all, had bloods done gotta go bk sat for another blood test see if hormones gone up as internal showed nothing. Keep tracking id say every few days not everyday, and just keep an eye out for any pain or blood! Sending love xxx
