Breastfed baby wet nappies

Is anyone finding their ebf babies nappies are not that heavy with urine? My baby doesn't look dehydrated and sleeps though the night

Although they don’t “look” dehydrated, wet nappies are the biggest indicator of dehydration. Baby can have water from 6 months so try upping water intake in line with their age recommendations on NHS website x

Honestly your baby will wake if hungry/thirsty. If their urine is clear or light yellow that’s fine. you’re body will know baby has gone a while since not feeding so will produce more fore milk (the really watery milk to hydrate baby) to compensate and rehydrate he/she x
