TIRED
Anyone else feeling like they hit a wall all the sudden!?!
This happened around 4 months old, I was just so exhausted no amount of caffeine would help and I would cry when I had to wake up. Well now baby is about 11 months old and I feel like I'm in the same boat again. He is only waking up 2X a night but I feel like I didn't sleep at all and during the days I just want to lay down and do nothing sooooo bad just for even an hour but there is always cooking cleaning or laundry.
Any advice or someone who can relate?!

For sure, I've been making sure to prioritize rest and doing Dr. Huberman sleep protocol.

Omg story of my life, how I even wish to get a proper massage 🥹, my baby is a Velcro baby so my back always hurts 😭😭
Can so so relate. My baby sleeps through the night yet im mentally so exhausted and done for! I am a full time working mom and once i reach back home after work im just rushing to do every thing and i dont want to be like that! I honestly dont know how everyone manages their life.
THIS! Our little guy sleeps through the night but after a full day of work I want to go to bed at 7 too 😂
