How did you guys navigate going back to work and Leaving baby at daycare?
I’ll be returning to work sometime in August and my daughter will be almost 6 months by then but having some anxiety about leaving her.

Unfortunately can’t help, but I can commiserate! Went back to work 5 months PP and I feel you.
I don’t think it gets any easier unfortunately. My kid is 15 and I felt like I was always missing the important parts. So I’m making the transition into being my own boss and creating a legacy for them to follow! I know work from home may not be everyone’s option but could be worth a try!

I go back next week and I still haven’t come to terms with leaving my baby so I’m probably going to be at my desk CRYING🥺 Maybe they will send me home😌
