Why is it something you’re trying to avoid?

@GMF i have to go back to work next month and i don’t want her to be dependent on it. i honestly enjoy the extra snuggle and wouldn’t fight it if i didn’t have to go back

Same with mine, there was a few weeks he would go down without nursing but for a couple days now he’s been nursing for a minute or two and pass out :(

I went back to work when my older child was 12 weeks and I nursed him to sleep for all sleep at home until he was 22 months old! Babies adapt remarkably well to different caregivers.

Any chance your baby would take a pacifier or a bottle instead?

I've also been nursing to sleep. If he's too fussy for that, I turn the faucet on and the sound of the water almost instantly puts him to sleep. Wishing you well 🫶
