My babygirl is almost 7 months so I’m gonna go with maybe skipping it. Thank you for the help. I didn’t want to not do it if it was something I should be doing
food before one is just for fun! (and learning new textures) so don’t stress!
this is what we did with our first and will probs do again… when they’re just starting solids, we would just skip it all together when we were out bc it’s more for learning/fun instead of actual nourishment. as he got older, we would do two different things (depending on the type of outting), we would either feed him in his stroller or we got a fold up chair and would just bring that and his bib and put him on the floor if we were out at someone house. Or I would just take low-mess foods like blue berries, puffs/cereal, baby snacks. once he was closer to one when meals actually counted, he could use a high chair, or we would bring our fold up chair, and then just bring a bib and/or disposable place mats.
