Reusing Leftover Warmed Breast Milk – Safe or Not?

Hi mommas, I’ve been wondering about this a lot lately—sometimes I have leftover warmed breast milk after a feed. I read online that it shouldn’t be reused, but I wanted to know from real experience: can I refrigerate the leftover warmed breast milk and use it for the next feed? Has anyone done this safely?

I thought this article had a lot of good info on storing/reusing breast milk and the actual concerns with real data: https://parentdata.org/breast-milk-storage/

If it's within an hour or 2 I used to give it again but longer than that nope

If the breast milk is left out at room temp my limit is 6 hours but usually if you put it in the fridge it lasts a bit longer

I would always put it in the fridge and use it for the next bottle which would be within 2-3 hours
