Lunch time ideas??

I’d love to know some ideas of what your little ones are having for lunch? I’m struggling to think of different things for my LG and I feel like I’m repeating the same things every week

Omelette, egg muffins or frittata are my go to as I can make a batch and they’re good in the freezer or fridge. Made a batch of spinach pancakes last week which were go simple to do and freeze well, if I give them for his lunch I serve with some scrambled egg and berries/fruit. Quesadillas are good and quick, my go to is tuna and avocado. Pizza toast. Haven’t made them in a while but different pinwheels are good to make a batch of. Usually do broccoli and cheese! Then they’re good to pack and take out as well.

Beans on toast, boiled eggs, cheese sandwich/toastie/quesadilla, and lot of the time we do dinner leftovers so shepherd pie or broccoli pasta. Also dont forget little ones dont know the difference between breakfast lunch and dinner, so sometimes if shes had pancakes for breakfast I might do weetabix and banana for an easy lunch!

Thank you ladies xx
