Throwing food on the floor

No tips sorry! My son actively throws it to the dogs so I’ve never given him grapes or anything that’s not dog safe. It’s frustrating but at least I don’t have to worry about cleaning for floor with two dogs on patrol 😂
@Lisa yeah it is handy having a dog to clean up although mines has had many upset stomachs since having my little one because he now eats lots of things he didn’t use too 😂🙈
@Sophie il give it a try , sometimes I have taken the plate away and give a couple of little bits and she will eat one throw one eat one 😐😂 obviously I don’t want too not give her it because she is eating some still xx

I think our babies do that one thing that bugs the heck out of us. I'm sure I've seen a gadget on Amazon like a brolly type thing you can tie around the base of the high chair to catch dropped food
I always start with a plate of food for baby to eat how he likes but if he starts throwing I say "we don't throw our food," take the plate away and give him one thing at a time on his tray. He throws less when he's not sure how much he has left 😄 . Agree it's so frustrating! Good luck!
