Hey ladies when is the best time to resign from your job if you don’t want to return after Maternity leave?

Check your policies at work as you may owe money back to your workplace if you leave at a certain time if you have had company maternity pay also. I know with my company that I have to be back at work at least 3 months before I can leave otherwise I owe back some company maternity
You’ll only owe money if it’s not statuary and your company have paid you extra
Yup which is why I said company maternity pay and not statuary 🙂
