Breastfeeding

How are you breastfeeding moms getting your baby to sleep?! I have been primarily breastfeeding this week and as soon as I pull it out of her mouth she wakes up screaming bloody murder.

My niece is going through that and her baby is about to be two I suggest giving her a paci

lol. my girl turns 1 next week and she still nurses to sleep for almost every nap and every night to sleep

You breastfeed til they fall deep sleep then you put the pacifier in their mouth

I fed to sleep then when my first turned one i stopped breastfeeding and had to sleep train her by rocking her sleep and offered water at night. About to have the same problem with my second

She nurses to sleep. Mine just turned 16 months. Won’t take a paci, refuses a bottle. I just wait till she’s in a deep sleep and pull out.

Mine won’t take pacifiers and I still nurse him to sleep (11mo). I just wait until he’s asleep asleep before transferring

Oh man 🥲 sounds like I’m in for the long haul…. What pacis are you guys using? What do you guys go about daycare?

Not sure how old your baby is but it’s better to get her used to sleeping another way before it’s too late. I stopped breastfeeding my son when he was a year and a half because it was so hard to get him to sleep any other way.

@Briceida she is only 6 weeks today. But I’m starting to notice the pattern so I’m trying to break her of it. I just don’t know how yet without letting her just cry it out when she knows no better this early

@Amanda LOVED this paci!

You break the feed to sleep Association and then put them to bed awake so they figure out how to go to sleep on their own

Floor bed! You can find them on amazon. I got a twin size memory foam mattress that does not move or make noise. GAME CHANGER

@Ann at what age did you start putting you LO in a floor bed?
