What did you do?

What do you all do to pass the time during the first trimester?? I’m losing my mind. I don’t see the doctor for 6 more weeks 🤯 I’m constantly in my head (and google). How did you all keep your minds from wondering to the negative thoughts?

I feel you it’s so hard . They say go for walks , read or watch a show , practice breathing . Despite trying everything it’s hard , I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall asleep
