Nap/bed schedule

Hiya all please can I see you’re nap/ bedtime routines my little one keeps waking at 5:30 just trying to stop it thank you ☺️

Those 5:30am wake ups are such challenge !!!

Bed at 8/8:30pm, sleeps through until 8am. Nap around 11am & 3/4pm depending on what we’re doing 😊

Up between 7/7.30, nap around 10 for 30 mins, nap at 2.30 for 1 hour 20. Bedtime 8pm

Wakes 7 am 1 nap around 10 am (1 hr) 2 nap around 2 pm (45 mnt - 1 hr) Bed time 7 pm Every child is different but they do thrive with routine. Get biology on your side with the sleep pressure (being tired enough but not overtired) and be consistent with their nap/ bed time. Always around same time up or down 30 mnts. Any big changes like waking from 5:30 you should do slowly so they dont get overtired by you trying to keep them awake for longer it will result in early wake. Try new schedule for at least 5 - 7 days. It’s roughly what it takes for a kid to change their inner clock. Hope this helps mama, hang in there xxxx

Same with mine, it’s a killer! My May 2022 baby has always slept until 7-8am so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

My baby is the same atm wakes up at 6:00 the other morning 5 . She use to sleep from 7til 7 xx Routine 6waking up 9 1st nap (anywhere between 30/ 1:30h) 2nd nap depending how long she sleept before but always 4/4:30 h wake windows x Yesterday I tried to put her to bed later in my head I was thinking she gonna sleep longer but nope she was up at 6 lol xx
