For the pumping moms

So i’m wondering what do yall ladies do to keep your supply up, it seems like any little thing drops my supply and it take me like a week to build it back up. Any tips or tricks to keep my supply steady? supplements? certain foods/drinks?

Consistent pumping. Prioritize sleep and manage stress. Do things to increase oxytocin before/during pumping. Oats - oatmilk, oatmeal, oat cookies. Hydration - 1 gallon water/day, powdered electrolytes, coconut water. Hope this helps!

I've found that being consistent has helped me. I power pump twice a day. In addition to pumping on schedule every three hours. I drink water, coconut water, oat milk, 1 cup of chamomile tea, and body armor drinks throughout the day. I eat oatmeal twice a day, along with lots of fresh fruit that helps with hydration ✨️

Stay hydrated and be consistent. The only thing that makes more milk is the removal of milk.

Keep pumping!! I’m still doing 8x a day and while it’s exhausting it helps! Honestly everything everyone above said but I have been taking some supplements from legendairy milk. My LC recommended them. Pump princess is the one I’ve been taking and I’ve seen an increase each day since taking!
