Hey dw your milk won’t stop. My period came back when I was about 10 weeks pp I’m now 5 months in and my milk is fine, I exclusively breastfeed too! After child birth your period can take a while to come bck cos of a hormone your body releases to help with your milk which that same hormone suppresses ovulation/ period hormones. But ofc every woman is different and periods will return at there own rate but it defo won’t effect your milk supply/production
What a relief, my breasts feel softer now so wasn’t sure if it was gradually stopping now my period has started!
Just coming to the end of my first period. Also BF. Supply dropped a little in the days leading up to it but it's back to normal now, I would just do what you did in the beginning and drink loads and eat enough to encourage it 👍🏻
