Teething help!

My LB started teething and im not prepared! He’s been extremely fussy and I’ve just managed to pop to the shops and get the teething powder but how the heck does it work? I put it on a spoon but the powder is so small in quantity, I don’t even think my LB ate it properly. Any suggestions on what else would work? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Anbesol is the only thing that works for us! Highly recommend it just numbs the gum

We use a lot of different teethers - Nuby wrist pal and the Nuby chewbies. We have the standard ring teethers that are filled with water too that we place in the fridge for lo. I find the powders don’t do much. We’ve tried bonjela also and it seems to take the edge off but when my lo is in pain we do give her calpol. If you breastfeed I know lots of mums freeze it and add it to them dummies and these work well also 🙂

I second the anbesol, only thing that seems to settle my little girl if she’s really struggling with her gums

Thank you ladies! Where do u get the Anbesol from? Do u have a link to share please or what shops x

@Katie my LB rejected the dummy from day dot but that is such a good idea! Wish I cud have done that!

I just got it over the counter at the pharmacy in Tescos x
