@Danae Handley That’s great advice, I think I need to start eating more but didn’t realise how quickly you shed it! I love bf so don’t want to stop either
Yea some of us shed the weight super fast. I’d say if you’re even slightly hungry eat a healthy snack! It helps your milk supply too. 💕
Me too. I went to the doctors for some tests but nothing was wrong just breastfeeding and being more active. I try to eat extra protein based snacks like yogurt and nuts but do eat extra bad stuff too as I run out of things to eat. I managed to put 2-3 lb back on but then got sick and lost it all ☹️
I have felt the same way! My mom has made many comments about me losing too much weight. I’ve lost almost 50 pounds and I only gained roughly 25 during pregnancy. 😬 I just continued to eat high protein balanced meals incorporating some higher healthy fats too. You can also talk to your doctor to see if there may need to be an adjustment to your diet or supplements that may be helpful.
