Can you speak to your health visitor and see if they have any advice for you? @justchillbabysleep on instagram has good advice or private consultations. I did one when my little one was 15 months as we had a similar issue x
@Amy feels like the longest phase she's ever had🫠😅 honestly in the least selfish way I just wanna watch some telly and get my house jobs done and all the usual stuff i'd cram into that few hours before I go to sleep myself but at the minute i'm laying on her floor between like 8-10 depending on how long she takes to settle then I just can't be arsed to even have any me time because I don't want to stay up until 3am just to be tired the next morning😮💨
@Rachel i'll look into that Thank You! Will try anything to help her settle by herself really, we're even considering swapping her from the biggest bedroom in the house to the smaller one because I think her being in that big room alone is affecting her settling x
We found having a tonies box really helped! After we read her a couple of books she chooses one for the tonies box and listens to it till she falls asleep. Xx
@Sophie-Jayne my little one got one of those for Christmas and lived it but hasn't touched it now in months🫠 might try to reintroduce it at night and see how she goes. Any good tonies for bedtime? Alot of the ones she has are all singing and dancing x
No advice but we’re in exactly the same situation so you’re not alone! I think it’s a phase, I just keep telling myself this isn’t forever 😂 and for now I’m trying to soak it at all because I know one day they won’t need our help going to bed, but at the same time I want my chill out time 😂 xx
