Hi mamas, my husband and I saw the Sinners movie tonight and it was amazing.
I just wanted to share the trigger warning that it does have child loss in it. It’s handled so beautifully, but it is very emotional.

Agreed!!! Absolutely masterclass both in general cinematography & how they handled the topics they chose to touch on. 🫂🫶🏼

What’s the sinners movie? That’s the name?

I would like to see this as well

Definitely had a cry at the end seeing that scene ❤️

yes, it’s called Sinners. It’s a horror film I believe, but it’s so deep. 🩷

I was sobbing into my husband’s shoulder and he was also crying. He goes by Papa with our son and has had multiple losses of his own before we lost our baby together. It was so… I don’t even know the word. It was just beautiful.

most definitely! There’s a reason it’s already made double its budget in the box office!

i was crying thinking that maybe one day I'll see my angel baby like that too ❤️

My partner went to watch this with his brother. We lost our son Elijah in October and my partner Ellis didn’t know the story line of sinners.
He cried his eyes out in the cinema and so did his brother
(obviously the names Elijah and Ellis in the movie didn’t help too with our story)

I’m sure that was hard, but I hope at the same time that it was good for him to cry like that. Especially with his brother, that’s so good to be able to share those moments with another person. 🩷
My husband and I also had that moment together during the movie, I think it was good for us because he has a hard time being vulnerable about it.
