Rash/spots on cheek

Has anyone’s little one had a rash/spots on both cheeks? We’ve just started weaning so not sure if it’s an allergy. He does have eczema but only usually on his chest and shoulders.

Heat rash?

My baby is the exact same - he also has eczema and only on his chest and arms but has this cheek rash. I think it’s from all the drooling from teething and eating or occasionally he rubs his face on his carrier but I’m not sure! I try to give it a wipe clean with water throughout the day and add a layer of Vaseline and it seems to help a bit!

Thanks liz - I’ll try the Vaseline. He’s also been in the carrier more than usual in the last couple of days and he dribbles all over it so think it’s definitely that and the constant wiping from eating!
