Positive pregnancy test.
I just got a positive pregnancy test today. Our first is 19 months, and I had pre-E at the end of the pregnancy + severe IUGR. I am so excited and so terrified. What are other mamas doing to *try* to prevent pre-E this time around?

I was on low dose aspirin (150mg) from 6 weeks. I delivered a very healthy baby 7 weeks ago and had no pre eclampsia symptoms at all. Baby arrived at 39 +5
