What adrenaline activities are you able to include your toddler in?

I love being outside and used to rock climb but it's been years since I don't have a babysitter or climbing partner other than my husband. Im missing that adrenaline feeling and looking for new activities where I could safely bring my two year old with me!

Following cuz same! I'm a skier, canyoneer, and climber, and I love SUP in whitewater (max class 3 tho) and dabble in hanggliding as well as surfing, but none of that is conducive to toddler momming and IT HURTS some days. We still hike but its rare, and occasionally take her out on the bike path in her chariot with us (but I much prefer mtb than road biking), but its like...I need a vacation so I can get my adrenaline fix!!!! Im getting my daughter a pfd so she can at least come out on lakes with me paddling, but that's much more calming than adrenaline. I also get super jealous cuz my husband still gets to do all the adrenaline things while I watch our daughter, and I encourage him to cuz at least one of us should, but when is it gonna be my turn?!

@Kelsey I totally get what you mean by it hurts!! 😅 I crave some kind of exciting activity and it makes me feel crazy without it!!

I love rock climbing too. Best thing to do is get a group together doing outdoor because then you could take turns bouldering and the littles play in the woods 🙏🏻

My son watches me tattoo myself and he likes to draw on himself with washable marker 😂 being pregnant and not being able to do anything but ride the swing ride at the carnival is rough. I do like to get him to museums and other stimulating places.
