Even with teeth my pediatrician recommends 18 months for first visit. They do fluoride at the pediatrician until then though so it may be different where you are.
Hi! Former dental assistant here! It’s recommended to take them when they get their first teeth, just to introduce them to the dentist. Most dentists won’t do anything at this first visit, it’s typically called a “happy visit” — they will only perform an oral exam. Then you can come back in six months, around 1 years old, so that your baby can get their first cleaning :)
@Lina my dentist said that the “happy visit” is gonna cost 225.
mine doesn't have teeth yet but we'll prob take him in at 1 yr or 18 months depending on when he gets his in
My 1st was basically when he got teeth, plan on doing the same with this one too
I’ve taken my 2 older kids right around 1 yr
