any tips or tricks??

my lb has started to become really fed up with vegetables and will just throw them when offered🙃. we’ve tried not giving too much of the same for a few days but it doesn’t seem to have done the job. there’s obviously only a certain amount of vegetables that we can buy that will get used and go with meals etc! does anybody have any alternative ways to prepare veg, suggestions on recipes that are easy to hide veg in or tips and tricks in general to encourage my lb to eat his veggies? he can quite enjoy the tastes of them, too, but has just figured out that he prefers carbs🥲

Pasta sauces has been a big one for us with my toddler. I make a spag bol with hidden celery, carrot, peppers, onions and mushrooms Butternut squash & red pepper sauce Currys also great for hiding veggies Pinwheels - I throw in whatever is in fridge at the time- broccoli/sweetcorn/ peppers

No help but also having the same trouble so much so I put veg on her tray first without anything else yesterday in the hope she would eat some before I gave her the ‘good’ stuff 🤣 can report it did not work and they went on the floor apart from one piece of cauliflower but she spat it out after 🤦🏽‍♀️
