Still not sleeping through

Anyone else’s little one still not sleeping through? We are still on around 2-3 wake ups throughout the night and I’m at my wits end. We are all irritable during the day. I can’t concentrate at work my anxiety is through the roof. I work full time and my little girls at nursery so I’ve tried to get them to cap her naps but that hasn’t helped. I don’t have much control over her routine during the days as it’s what they do at nursery and that changes over the weekends and if we are away. If anyone’s got any tips that might help much appreciated because I’m on the verge of burnout.

My LO still wakes pretty much every night, this varies and can be one wake up but for a while or a few wake ups where he settles back to sleep pretty quickly. Nothing I’ve done seems to change it as he also now gets up at 6am regularly where it used to be 7-8am. Capping naps, different time naps, different bed times. Nothing makes any difference, and with another on the way, I don’t know how I’ll survive

Still nowhere near sleeping through here either 🙄 she starts off in her own bed but comes through to ours between 11pm and 3.30am I think. It’s hard going! My eldest was similar and now usually sleeps through without issue - to the point where we have to wake her most of the time. She has been this way consistently since turning… maybe 3.5. It was maybe 2.5 when she started sleeping through on occasion.

Yes, we are the same. The thing that is breaking me is the length of the wake up - most nights she'll have one where I'm up for three hours. I've tried plenty of things so don't think it's to do with routine etc.

My boy has never slept through. 95% of the time he ends up in with either me or my husband. Nap/no nap makes no difference. Exhausted.com, lol xx

I cosleep! That way my son doesnt fully wake up, when he’s healthy he stirs/ wakes up 1-3 times a night (11pm, 1am and then 5-6am) but because I’m close we just cuddle up and he falls back asleep immediately.
