Only if he’s bad at everything. Like if he can’t hang a picture but can make a delicious omelette or fix my laptop then I don’t really care about the picture hanging. Making no attempt to learn a skill is more unattractive than not having the skill imo

Having a skill like this is pretty important to me in a man.

When a man doesn’t have basic life skills, it’s very unattractive to me. I stopped dating a man a few years ago when I learned that I had more tools than him and he couldn’t replace a flat tire with a spare. Some folks don’t care about traditional roles but I think it’s a little more than that. Every person should want basic knowledge in using tools the right way or making basic repairs, etc. especially as a man who claims to take care of his woman/ family/ home. If they weren’t taught how to do something like hang a picture the right way, they should take pride in making time to learn. Like why wouldn’t a man want to be self sufficient or simply exercise common sense… seems lazy to me
