I was literally going to ask this today- my little guy is giving the signs he’s ready but I wasn’t sure if it was too early so this is good to know! To those using one are you keeping a nappy on throughout the day too?
I started to introduce the potty at 1yo now at 17 months she uses the potty every morning (nappy dry the hole night) and before bed at night. During the day is more hit and miss because I don’t actually ask her is just when she does and we are at home, as I use reusable nappies so im not in a rush, I just follow her lead. Im sure that if I was to actually potty train she would be in no time but as im not in a rush I prefer to follow her lead and be stress free
Yes! I got my little boy a potty when he was around 13 months. He started using it when around 14 months. I didn't do anything in particular, just put him on after meals and bath. Its not consistent that he does something every time but he is very comfortable sitting on it without a nappy on.
