I do ambient noises on the echo and keep it on all night and for naps.

We introduced a white noise machine at 15 months because they had been waking up so much through the night we couldn't cope anymore. We have it set to rain sounds, ideally you want one that's a continuous noise that's mostly the same. Nothing with sudden jumps, cuts or changes as that could wake them up. We have it on all night and at nap time x

Yes all night, feels horribly silent when you turn it off doesn’t feel right x
