What time is he waking up for the day and when do you give the first nap?
One nap 45 min usually, any hour and a half occasionally when I’m lucky If it works for him I wouldn’t be worried, how long is each nap? How long does he sleep at night
@stephanie he wake up never the same Time but 10 am or 11 am and take nap at 2 or 3 then up at 5 or 6 and want to take another at 8 to 9 and sleep at 11
That’s why he’s waking up early. That late nap is causing him to wake up cuz it’s too much sleep. Does he not stay asleep when he goes at 8?
We are 2 naps. It’s 7am wake up nap at 9:30-11 and 2:30or3-5 then bed time at 8. If he doesn’t take his second nap by 3:30 he doesn’t get it and goes to bed normally at 6:30 instead. I think it’s best to just let them do what they need. We do a LOT of activities and active play so I think it just tires him out
My son wakes up at 7:30 some days 8. He has his first nap by 12:30 and will sleep for 2-3 hours and that’s the only nap he will get because it’s lights out by 8:30 some nights it’s 9 just depends.

@Sharonda ahh gotcha. I would say try to cap his nap if it’s going to be that late in the day. Or if he’s waking up at 6 from a nap, dont try to put him down until 11 which is what you said you do. He’s just not tired enough so it causes more wake ups
@stephanie I’m try my bf already started but now it up to me to get with too When I get off work I be so sleepy and just seat with him and then boom he sleeps and I’m falling asleep
