@Elizabeth I didn’t think they could be! I did read somewhere they can go through a growth spurt around a week old but wasn’t sure, I feel like times stealing her 🥲 a week has gone nowhere xx
My little boy just turned 5 weeks😭 so I know about time stealing! It goes so fast! Xx
I am also having the same thing however today has been a little different. I’ve been giving him infacol which seems to help but my mum also took him out for a walk after he was feeding pretty much constantly from 10am-12.30pm. He cried a bit but eventually fell asleep when he was out. He then slept for three hours. Woke up for one feed and has been asleep for another hour. Wondering whether I was upsetting his tummy more by constantly feeding rather than distracting! Not sure. Will see how it goes lol
Sounds like a cluster feed to get your milk to increase, your breasts will likely be engorged in a day or so once baby is satisfied 😆 My LO is 3 weeks now and I have introduced a dummy to offer during the time between feeds as found he was feeding for comfort then spitting it all back up and getting upset with tummy pains. Since him having the dummy, he seems much happier and It settling much quicker. It feels like I have a new bit of freedom 😂 very sore boobs now though as he ordered in loads and has since had a decrease in appetite.
Breastfed babies can't be over fed! Sounds like she's cluster feeding. Might be going threw a growth spurt and is just telling you body to produce more milk! My little boy spits up loads quite a lot of the time also x
