Large haemorrhoid’s- advice needed

I am currently 34 weeks + and have external haemorrhoids. One is as big as a grape. I am a FTM and ask the midwife if it would impact my ability to have a vaginal birth because im worried what may happen it I tear as its on my perineum. Has anyone experienced this in pregnancy and still had a vaginal birth? And does it get better? Mine seems to be getting bigger even though I use creams daily and avoid constipation. Its so depressing because it looks horrible 😩😩

Definitely wouldn't affect the ability for you to have a vaginal birth but what I would say is after giving birth, make sure to take some kind of constipation relief ( I use fybogel) as being constipated with a haemorrhoid is not fun!!

I had one so big that you can see it just me standing up, couldn’t walk or sit anything. Still was able to give vaginal birth. It was uncomfortable and especially with all them people in the room looking. Once I gave birth I had put witch hazel and ointment on for about 2 more weeks and took baths and mines started going down.

Agree with Shey here and was exactly my experience. It was really painful for 2 weeks after the birth but then the pain subsided and the hemorrhoids did as well , on their own but I had requested the doctor to subscribe an ointment which they did and I guess that helped.
