Burrata ‘salad’
Me and my sister made this last week for our family as a starter (this was per 4) delicious with toasted pumpkin seeds too. A fancy but easy dinner party starter.

Yes! There should have been more tomatoes but we were on the last day of holidays so didn’t have any left. So yummy 😋
It’s burrata! Like mozerella but in the cheese process made with cream rather than milk so the inside is creamy when you cut it open
My husband is obsessed with burrata salad he made some with tomato it was delicious
