SINGLE MOM ADVICE

Hey, i'm a 24 year old single mom(not by choice) And i'm wondering if any other single mom's can give me some advice. I never understood how much my alone time is precious to me until now. I feel like if I don't get Time alone i'm gonna go crazy. My mom takes my daughter on the weekends and I feel like every single weekend I'm just stressing over how to spend my time. I want to try and stay up or get up early when I do have my daughter but Every single time I choose to stay up late I can't seem to wake up in the morning. Every time I want to get up early I can't seem to get up at all or my daughter wakes up early with me. I tend to miss out on cleaning up only to do nothing because I'm so exhausted for taking care of the baby. How do I get more time to myself or how do I deal with not having as much alone time as I feel I need. (Hope this makes sense I used voice text and the app isn't letting scroll to double check)

How old is your daughter? What's her nap/sleep schedule like? Are you nursing or bottle feeding?

This is what I do. Hopefully you can try some things and it’ll help you 💝: every time I go grocery shopping I meal prep dinners and cut up all of the fruit so it’s easier to just throw together, I do not let my kids have all their toys out cause they’ll just make a huge mess (half of their toys are put away and I’ll rotate them), dishes- if you have a dishwasher throw every dish that is used right in there do not put them in the sink if not just wash every dish you use to save yourself time/energy snd so they don’t pile up, establish a routine (for my kids 7pm bath and at 8pm bedtime and I never stay up past 10), and make sure you give them tasks or activities during the day that they can do independently so you can catch a breather and choose something that won’t create a big mess lol.

@(K) she's 6 months but turning 7 months soon. She deos a mix between formula and solids. She has 3 naps in the day. Her first nap is 2 hours and the rest are 1 hour. And her bed time is 9:30pm and I wake her up(if she's inst already awake) 8 to 8:15am
