Sleeping through the night tips
Does anyone have any on how I can help my son sleep through the night? He’s in his own room, it’s a clean nice space. He has a night light. He’s slept through twice and now he’s walking up every couple of hours. I’ll go in and setttle him but then he’s up again 😩

Hiya, thanks for replying. No he doesn’t nap through the day, he could be cold but he kicks the covers off, he has warm pjs on though and socks. He’s not fully potty trained yet so still wearing a nappy. He’s also at nursery 9-30 so he should be knackered really lol x
Could be overtired. What time does he wake and go to bed x

Is he napping throughout the day? Waking up cold or to wee? Depends on these things (that’s what I’ve found for my LG anyway). I’ve also started putting her to bed with socks on and she seems to be sleeping better xx
