@Ebony I thought that might be the case! I’ll send them back when the delivery comes this afternoon. Typically, she had the last batch made one from freezer yesterday and as they’re a guaranteed hit, that’s why I added them on 😅
@Gemma I'm a vegetarian and I had quorn mince substitute for meat mince once 🤦♀️ some times they really don't think things through. Thankfully my partner eat meat so it wasn't a waste. Tesco have other options for normal pancakes so I really don't get why they subbed in high protein ones. If companies used things like chickpeas for the high protein things it would be fine for tots but unfortunately they don't think that way
@Ebony WOW, that’s just completely thoughtless isn’t it 🤯 At least I’ve noticed before it gets delivered - I very rarely check subs and just accept it all 😂
No response to the pancakes but … I am also moving house, buying a doer upper and it’s scheduled to complete the week I start a brand new job 5 days a week and we have to move in with the in-laws for 2 weeks because it’s so much of a doer upper there is no working boiler 🙈 Good luck, it’ll be worth it x
@Jen it’s hard ain’t it! I went back to work 19th March and we got the keys on 31st March. We had a slight overlap as keys for current property go back on 23rd May so it’s been CHAOS for the last 5 weeks but we’re close to being done to move next weekend. Good luck to you too & hope it all goes well with the move and you get the boiler sorted 🫶🏽
@Ebony that’s super helpful isn’t it 🙈🙈🙈
They usually have protein powder in which isn't recommended for a healthy 13 month old. Personally I won't give them to my little girl just to be safe but I'm sure a little bit as a 1 off would be ok
