Oat bars
I cut them in 4’s and then add them to oat porridge, and make blueberries muffins
Just squash them or pop them into one of those fruit dummies, my baby likes hers in yoghurt she just picks them out 😆
Squash them so they loose their roundness. We add it to porridge and sometimes make pancakes out of it
I squash small ones and chop big ones in half I just serve them on the side of a meal as she likes them as is.
I cut them into 4s and he’d still squish them lol
I added them to oats and also added frozen ones to the fruit feeder for when she’s teething
squash them so they are like flat circles that’s what i do. or i make like blueberry and banana porridge fingers or squash it all up and put it with weatabix x
Squash them! My son loves them like they are!
I found the app solid starts very helpful, the basic version is free and you can look up food and how to serve it based on age- they'll show you pictures of how to do it as well
Squashed or quartered. Do not serve whole or halved as the roundness of them would then be a choking hazard. I've often quartered same as grapes to help with developing pincer grip but squashed was easier for him to actually eat
I just wash them and give them to her, she's 10 months old & has almost a full set of teeth so she just crunches them, even before the teeth, she just munched on them with her gums and the few teeth she had
i normally steam them and then make my baby banana pancakes with them!
Solid starts app helps with how to serve different food items are according to age.
