Autism & Divorce

Hello ladies, This is a very senstive topic to me so i appreciate any advice I’m currently in the process of trying to save my marriage. Im looking into marriage counseling with my partner. However, i dont believe there is much salvaging. I’m still holding out hope I’m curious how many of you are divorced. If you are, what does your custody schedule looks like? My child is bad with transitions and im scared that doing a long scheduledle (ex: with me 5 days then with dad on weekend and then a switch) is to long forr him without ine parent. Im also concerted to have a schedule like this because of dads clear viewpoint that our child does not have autism which worries me in terms of whats communicated at school if i had an off week My husband and I support each other and i believe we could be great co parents if we find a schedule that works. We both want nothing but stability and a smooth transition for our son however our views of “stable” are very different. My only concern is my son’s age (turning 5 in August) and the schooling issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
