Cutlery reccorndations

Please can I have toddler cutlery recommendations? Are the Doddl sets worth the money? My one year old has decided he prefers to eat with spoons or forks rather than his hands and the silicone spoons we have are driving me mad picking up the scent and taste of detergent. He’s been using a teaspoon and cake fork fairly well but they do seem a bit awkward for him to use.

I really liked the doddl ones! Shape is perfect for their hands!

The doddl sets are brilliant. My daughter started using them straight away at 12 months

We use the ikea ones, 18pc for £1 x

I use regular disposable spoons and forks or our regular utensils with my toddler

Mine got on well with pippeta silicone ones. I’ve just upgraded him to some metal ones now he’s a bit older - just cheap sainsbury baby ones🍴 . My nephew didn’t like the pipetta ones though so who knows 🤪

We love our doddl sets! I got another set for the new baby 😄

I got an OXO set from home bargains for like £2 and they’re brilliant x

Doddl works surprisingly well with my 1yo!

We bought bamboo bamboo sets. Which has part silicone. https://www.bamboobamboo.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoq5G7mC9XVQzZl9lgbGk-CF7EH_Dm0YDnoFTZiqlY8KiTPckQLu

I have found the kids pastel knifes forks spoons and plates from ikea to be by far the best we’ve used, durable, easy to hold and super cheap for lots of them!

My baby loved the Munchkins at a similar age! We discovered them after trying several
