Hormonal changes post-weaning

Hi, I’m just nearing the end of weaning my 6 month old off of the boob. I’m down to only doing the overnight feed(s) but my supply seems to be very nearly gone. I think I’m experiencing the hormonal drop as I’ve been very emotional, low, anxious etc… has anyone started taking/using any supplements to support the hormonal changes and improve mood? I’ve been looking into Maca Root but unsure if that’s the right thing to go for.
