I really struggled to find one other than David Lloyd but obvs that’s v expensive and you have to pay £7 an hour for the crèche aswell 😭 in the end me and my partner take shifts in the evening but if I was without him I would really struggle! 😭 I know of some like yoga classes with baby but I weight lift so they didn’t help me! Did you want to know of the yoga classes?
