Just a bit of patient the first six weeks are the hardest after that it get easier
It gets easier and you get used to it also, make sure you're eating enough, if you're not, that's when you'll start to feel poorly feeding because your body needs nutrients and energy to do it
You're body adjust to breastfeeding. I dozed off several times in the beginning and my husband would watch us to make sure I didn't drop our daughter and that she stayed latched. I definitely wasn't eat enough and when I started eating more I had more energy during and after. We are 10 weeks in and I rarely get drowsy during feedings now. I don't remember when it got better I just remember thinking oh this doesn't drain me like it use to. Good Luck
Yeah I've been noticing after cluster feeding in particular it is sooo exhausting. I'm not sure if I need to be drinking more and possibly that will help me manage the fatigue a bit
