Jealousy In The Household 🫣

So is anybody else experiencing this? I have a 14 month old and hims loves his mommy so much, and daddy he tolerates. 😅 He'll let daddy hold him for prob about 15 minutes then he's ready to be let down to go find me (which is mommy). Recently he's started to bawl his eyes out if me and my husband sit next to each other or even have a conversation with each other. 🤭 for example just tonight he was a sobbing mess, hiccup cries and everything all because I was talking to my husband and not paying as much attention to him. Anybody dealing with this? Or any advise on what to do? I personally find it funny but I'd also like to have a long conversation without having to leave the room with baby because he doesn't want me and husband talking or husband to even be close to me. 😂🙃

I think parenting requires mommy and daddy not just mommy if it continues like this there will not be balance and it will be difficult to educate while he gets older.

Yes we had a few weeks like that when my baby was around 13-15 months. He just grew out of it. He was hitting anyone who were getting close of me. Or putting himself in between. We didn't make a big deal of it and it just left very quickly

We had this too. Things that helped are modeling taking turns talking/hugging and explaining that mommy and daddy can talk together, mommy and daddy can hug, daddy baby can hug, daddy baby can talk, etc. And hugs/sitting together with all 3 of you. We do lots of sandwich hugs where we put our son in the middle and now he asks for them. He's also started asking for daddy to hug mom and then laughs when we do (recently at 22-24months)
