Breastfeeding position for silent reflux
What’s the best BF position for silent reflux? I’ve been doing cross cradle hold, LB is 6 months.

@Sara I’ve tried the koala hold I’ve seen online but my LB is not stable sitting on my lap like that and my boobs are too low to reach his mouth so have to hold my boobs up to his mouth as well as support him to feed even then he swaying side to side trying to balance. What position did you do? Would love to know more x
You could try the elevated side lying position

I was advised by the doctor not to feed him while he's laying down. So I used to position my son as upright as possible. Then also keep him in an upright position for 20 minutes after he finishes his feed.
