Nap timings

1-1.5hrs

Doesn’t nap unless sometimes in the car here and there, but she sleeps from around 9pm to around 8am

Between 1-2 hours. Also sleeps 7:30-7 x

No naps since Easter 🫠

1.5 hours and I have to wake her otherwise she struggles at night

If I can get him down in the cot (which rarely happens now) it’s just over an hour, other wise it’s no nap at all 😅 (I think we are transitioning to none) or 30-45 mins in the car

Thankyou everyone. I’m finding that if he’s having over an hour nap he’s taking ages to fall asleep at night. I think I need to cap it at 45 mins. X

Between 1.5 - 2 hours although thinking of restricting as she’s up quite early in the morning (5.30-6am)
