Leaking overnight - tips for keeping a dry bed?

LO is 10 weeks and sleeping for longer stints at night (woohoo!) We had a great night sleep last night, but my milk has leaked quite considerably. I have breast pads in all the time still, popping fresh ones in before bed, does anyone have any other tips? I’ve seen some people use ‘puppy pads’ but don’t want anything plasticky if possible.

i had this and by day 3 my body had adjusted x

Do you express before bed after LO has had their last feed?

i’m almost 13 weeks in - still massively leaking over night, soaking whatever i’m wearing plus double up on breast pads and the bed, onto a puppy pad. even though he feeds on both breasts through the night & i pump before bed, not fully emptying my breasts as i don’t need to create more milk. but some people just produce a lot more milk than others! i have to pump throughout the day to keep my breasts from filling too much. i can easily get 300ml throughout the day. plus a 150ml pump during the night to help. i’m hoping it stops soon because i hate waking up soaked in breast milk 🥲

If you don’t want to use a puppy pad, you can get reusable bed pads for just a few pounds from Temu - I bought them as we co-sleep, to protect the bed from baby sick and it’s been a game changer

Maybe this is a silly idea, but could you double up on pads? I find the Lansinoh reusable pads amazing, so could you use those against your breasts and then the disposable ones stuck to your bra?
